Retrospective Exhibition 1995-2015 on Central Australia

These works are all regarding my relationship with some places, people and other wild creatures of Central Australia where I have lived and worked at times over the past 20 years.

  1. Thank you for the opportunity to share this important exhibition Naomi. It will take us days to digest what we have seen. Lying under the Gidget trees brought memories of Central Australia back so strongly and strangely it seemed to make connections with the secret and timeless places shared on Tasmania’s outer islands.

    1. Dear Anna,
Well I must say that was a treat having you and Graham and Chris and Bob coming so far to be with us all today. I am only sorry I did not farewell you when you left.
I am listening to what you have said in your comments. I keep returning to my Warlpiri friends and teachers in the Tanami Desert whenever I can. They help me to live more consciously and carefully back here in Tasmania, which is probably why we connect strongly.
